WIN A DINNER AT FLAT IRON IN BIRMINGHAM FOR TWO - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The prize is for a dinner at Flat Iron in Birmingham on Temple Street. 
2. The prize includes a table for two, including a main and two sides per person, a bottle of Malbec, popcorn on arrival and ice cream on departure. Subject to availability and to be booked directly with the venue. 
3. Travel, parking and accommodation expenses are not included. 
4. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required upon request.
5. Employees of West Midlands Growth Company, any employees of third-party prize suppliers, promotional agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
6. The competition will run from XX to 00:00 on 23rd November 2026.
7. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
8. The winner will be picked at random from all valid entries and notified via email by 25th November 2026.
9. There is one prize available, consisting of two tickets – one winner will be chosen.
10. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or any other prizes.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the time specified in the winner’s notification, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant.
13. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.
