Utilities
Utilities (energy and water)
There has never been a more important time to consider the amount of energy and water you use. Prices have risen sharply and businesses from all sectors are feeling the squeeze. The good news is, there are plenty of simple steps you can take to reduce this usage use and in turn, save money and reduce the emissions that contribute to climate change. Examples include installing a smart meter so that you can more accurately monitor where your energy wastage is. Connecting a water meter will provide a similar impact on your water usage. By replacing your light bulbs with LED alternatives and turning your heating down by just one degree, you can save much more cash than you may believe. You can then celebrate this success by educating visitors on how they can implement similar measures – and have more money in their back pockets to spend on visiting your tourist attraction!
