Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Prize includes: Two tour tickets (valid for any public Saturday afternoon tour in June or July)

2. This prize draw is open to UK residents only and entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted the prize winner may be asked to provide proof of age as winners may be asked for age identification

3. Employees connected with this promotion from West Midlands Growth Company, any employees of third-party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this prize draw

4. The closing date for entries is 0:00 (GMT) on Wednesday 20th May

5. Winners will be picked at random and notified via email by Friday 22nd May

6. Any additional costs incurred over and above the value of the prizes must be paid for by the prize winner

7. The tour must be booked and taken in June or July 2026.

8. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

9. No multiple entries allowed.

10. The prizes are as stated in these terms and conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be awarded, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternatives of equal or greater value

11. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, prizes will only be available directly to the winning entrant

12. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into

13. Entry instructions and prize descriptions form part of these terms and conditions

14. The Prize is as stated, non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected

15. West Midlands Growth Company accepts no liability for the prize or for any loss or damage arising from its issue

16. If you are a winner, you will have 2 days to claim your prize. If you do not respond within that time period, you may forfeit your prize. We reserve the right to award the prize to another winner if we are unable to make contact with you on the platform on which you entered the Prize Draw. Any alternative winner will be selected at random in accordance with the procedure set out above.

17. By entering the Prize Draw, you are consenting to your full name and email to be shared with the prize provider, in order to contact you about claiming the prize

18. The Prize Draw is free to enter, although data charges from your network operator and internet service providers’ fees may apply.

20. This promotion is governed by English law
