Set within 10 acres of peaceful gardens and woodland, the Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre features free Wi-Fi throughout and free parking. It is just 5 miles from central Birmingham and boasts modern conference facilities and learning courses.
This eco-friendly Grade II listed property offers a bright garden lounge with a wood-burning stove, overlooking the organically managed grounds.
The rooms boast Fairtrade tea and coffee making facilities, eco-friendly liquid soap and shampoo. Phone chargers are available upon request.
In the mornings, the Woodbrooke provides a cooked buffet breakfast, with continental options including European meat and cheese. The food is prepared using locally sourced produce where possible. With prior request, 2-course evening meals are also available. The Woodbrooke's public areas are alcohol-free zones.
The welcoming heritage centre is the former home of the famous chocolatier and quaker, George Cadbury. The Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre offers a silent worship space, along with a TV room and a games room in the basement. It is 1 miles from Selly Oak Railway Station.
Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they will arrive after 20:00 hours.
