Malmaison Birmingham is a hotspot in the heart of the city that never fails to deliver. A first class room like no other in our nation's second city. You'll find it in the Mailbox.
You need a hotel in Birmingham and you need it sorting at the double. Need a destination bar with a brasserie? Sorted.
You're going to need a slinky room or a suite. That's sorted too. Then there's the need to spa. That my little brum boutique bounty hunter is also on the cards. What else would you expect from a gloriously converted Royal Mail Sorting Office come luxury stop-over?
Find out more about the venue's accessibility with AccessAble's Access Guide.

Leave the M6 at Junction 6 and follow the A38 (M). Follow signs to ‘City Centre, Bromsgrove (A38)’. Do not take any exit to the left. Go over one flyover and through just one Queensway underpass. On exiting the underpass, keep in the left hand lane, indicate left and go up the parallel running slip-road to the Paradise Circus island where you take the first exit and begin to go down Suffolk Queensway.
After only 50 metres, go left down Brunel Street and then go right at the T-junction with Navigation Street. The road now takes you under Suffolk Queensway right to the hotel forecourt and the adjoining Mailbox car park.
