The Midlands Air Festival returns for a fifth year of excellent family fun! This spectacular aviation event will once again consist of Nightfire, Air Displays and Hot Air Balloon Launches! Plus there will be great trade stands, children's rides and more entertainment than ever before!

Join us for 3 action packed days of over 100 hot air balloons, more than 45 aircraft displaying as well as multiple exhibitors, rides and much much more! 

Friday 2nd June 2023

The air festivals first day opens at 11:30 with hot air balloons tethering including some of our huge special shapes!  As we reach 18:45 our hot air balloons will begin to set up for their stunning mass ascent.  All of this will be followed by our spectacular evening air display, then Nightfire, where pyrotechnic aircraft displays, a hot air balloon glow and a firework finale complete your evening.  It is a sight not to be missed!

Saturday 3rd June 2023

Our second day of the festival kicks off with a spectacular hot air balloon mass ascent. Try to join us for breakfast with the balloons for a breathtaking spectacle rarely witnessed on this scale in the UK, which then leads into our morning entertainment.  We will then begin our thrilling air show consisting of high octane aerobatics, graceful gliders and wartime aircraft!  We then finish with another of our brilliant hot air balloon mass ascents!
