About: A wine bar and restaurant is to open its first venue outside of London it arrives at the £700m Paradise redevelopment scheme in Birmingham.
Vinoteca currently operates five sites across the centre of the capital in locations such as Marylebone, King’s Cross and the City.
Up to 25 wines will be available by the glass with up to 200 bottles on the full list.
