Just in time for the August bank holiday, Park Regis Birmingham launches a new menu of cocktails named after places across the city, so guests can drink up whilst they fill up their itinerary with local landmarks.
Have you been to the Botanical Gardens, met Ozzy the Bull, arrived at New Street station, or wandered down the canals? The mixologists at 1565 Bar & Terrace have created the perfect cocktail menu to inspire a Birmingham city break to remember, or if you’re a local you can toast to your favourite spot.
Launching Friday 23rd August, new cocktails include a ‘Botanical Garden Punch’ packed with gin, apple, elderflower liquor and fresh fruit, the tequila based ‘New Street Strawberry Sunset’ with orange and fresh strawberry puree, a chocolate treat ‘Bourneville Velvet’ with a giant chocolate chard, and a sparkling ‘Brummie Bellini’ with a glittering cloud of candyfloss on prosecco.
The cocktail menu is set to create ‘wow’ moments with oversized garnish, fresh ingredients and Park Regis Birmingham’s signature sparkle.
