Popular pub, The Queens Head on Steelhouse Lane in Birmingham City Centre has a big week of launches! On Friday 14th June, their tasty new menu will be available, and on Sunday 16th June they launch a generous Bottomless Sunday Roast and on top of this, they are also launching a Loyalty Card which means customers earn whilst they spend and enjoy!
The pub, which is owned by the Midlands oldest brewery, Davenports, have created a menu full of flavour to add to the ‘Great British Pub Classics’ that one would expect from a Great British Pub! From the delicious handmade Chorizo & Black Pudding Scotch Egg to the Masala Loaded Chips, the menu is bursting with flavour.
Being at the heart of the business district that is Colmore Row, their generous new sandwich menu can be enjoyed to eat-in or boxed up to takeaway! New options include Glazed Ham & Cheese, a delicious Chicken Tikka Naan Wrap, deep-filled Roasted Spiced Cauliflower & Pepper on Ciabatta, and the Ultimate Quesadilla, all of which add something tasty to a break from the office or retail therapy.
In line with the trend for Instagramable burgers, The Queens Head has put a whole host of substance behind theirs! The Chicken Burger serves up a delicious fried chicken schnitzel on a base of cabbage, tomato, and pickled gherkins, topped with cheese sauce and slaw, whilst the Wild Mushroom Burger takes veggie burgers to a new level. Hand pressed wild mushrooms, topped with truffle mayonnaise, truffle cheese and red cabbage slaw is not to be missed!
Their Bottomless Sunday Roast is sure to be a draw thanks to its generosity! Served every Sunday from 12-6pm you can enjoy a delicious roast with all the trimmings and bottomless drinks for 90 minutes from a selection that includes wine, Jäger Lager, soft draft drinks and a Bloody Mary* for just £29.95!
