Their expert chefs led by the award-winning Peter Daly have created an exciting three course set menu, at £45pp, being served between the 10th-19th February, leaving enough time for couples to choose the right night for them, if the 14th just doesn’t suit!

With options on offer such as Pan seared scallop, green pea purée, honey glazed pancetta to start, followed by Pan fried wild seabass fillet, cauliflower puree, spinach & samphire, red wine sauce and ending with a truly gorgeous Passion fruit pavlova with red fruit coulis, you simply can’t go wrong. There are vegetarian and vegan options and the kitchen will cater for any specific dietary requirements, meaning there’s always something for everyone.

Brightsmith on the Water is also famed for its cocktails, with all syrups and liqueurs made in-house by their team of expert mixologists. As well as offering all the classics such as Negroni, Mojito or Caipirinha, why not try the Poppet - Chase gin and pear liqueur muddled with fresh cucumber, shaken with apple and lemon juice. Sweetened with homemade Earl Grey syrup. Garnished with dried rose buds. Or indeed the very sexy L.B.D - ‘The Little Black Dress’. Prosecco laced with Eristoff black vodka and Angostura bitters. Garnished with a dehydrated lime wheel and lavender sprig for citrus and floral aromatics. There’s also a vast menu of quality still and sparkling wines.
