McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands is welcoming guests back to celebrate Christmas with a jam-packed schedule of magical festive activities.  Whether it’s the chance to meet Santa at his Grotto, or stopping by the brand-new festive decorations to take seasonal selfies; guests are invited to immerse themselves in the Centre’s winter events whilst having the opportunity to browse their favourite brands.

People across the West Midlands can kick off the festive season with the ultimate Christmas day-out with McArthurGlen.  With only 55 days until Christmas, the Centre is here to start your celebrations early and ensure you and your loved ones are feeling the seasonal cheer.  Shoppers are encouraged to find the perfect presents at your favourite brands, offering anything from homeware, sportswear, accessories, beauty and fashion for all tastes and all budgets.  Guests can shop for jewellery at Watch Station, a party outfit from Ted Baker or winter boots at the recently opened Clarks. Next will also be opening its doors to shoppers this December, offering a selection of womenswear and menswear to stay cosy this festive season. With the Centre located only 30 minutes from bustling Birmingham, and with free parking available all year round, it's an easy trip to shop for your fashion favourites in the lead up to Christmas.

Festive Lights:

Guests can step into the magic of McArthurGlen this season as West Midlands Designer Outlet is introducing festive decorations for the very first time!  The Centre will be switching on its lights on Friday (4th November) when the shops and restaurants will shine brightly. During the Christmas period, guests can take seasonal selfies - get your snap in front of the huge glowing Christmas tree, inside a giant Christmas bauble or alongside Santa’s Sleigh.

Live Entertainment:

The Centre is bringing magical musical moments every weekend from November all the way up until the 18th December.  This festive entertainment includes a roaming Brass Band and a special saxophonist whose performances will bring festive cheer to shoppers.  A Gospel Choir will also be singing songs on Friday 4th November, whilst the Christmas Lights are switched on.

Santa’s Grotto:

From Saturday 18th December, Santa will be visiting the Centre each weekend from 11am – 5pm up until the weekend before Christmas Day.  Families can gather at the Grotto to make merry memories saying hello to Santa.

David Jackson, General Manager at West Midlands Designer Outlet, said: “We are thrilled to be bringing back the Christmas cheer to our Centre with new and exciting festive moments that we hope will bring joy to our customers and the local area. With times being particularly tough now, it is important to try and find happiness through spending special moments with your loved ones, and we are committed to making our loyal customers feel special this season.”
