The six-course tasting menu concept will be serving up Vietnamese-inspired street food from 26th February until 7th April at Colmore Row venue.
Six by Nico, the unique six-course tasting menu concept that sees the menu evolve every six weeks, has announced its third menu is ‘Hanoi’, launching 26th February - 7th April. Hanoi is inspired by the street food in Vietnam’s capital and lively city, famous for its street food.
For £39, the menu comprises Bún Riêu - Vietnamese Shellfish Foam, Spiced Pork Ragu, Crispy Noodles & Wild Rice; Nem Rán - Crispy Prawn Nem Rán, Spring Roll, Carrot & Mool; Bún Bo - Smoked Beef, Noodles, Bone Marrow Sauce, Coriander, Beansprouts; Cha Cá Lã Vong - Coal Fish, Coconut & Coriander Chutney, Vietnamese Curry, Bok Choy, Herbs & Bánh Ða; Goi Xoài - Tamarind Glazed Chicken, Sweet Potato Hash, Crispy Leg Salad & Burnt Mango; Bánh Trôi Tàu - Palm Sugar Delice, Kumquat, Lime & Ginger Mousse. For £30pp, guests can enhance their experience with an expertly paired wine from courses 2-6.
Hanoi is infamous for not only its beauty but also for its delicious and affordable street food. To celebrate the vibrant flavours of the city and bustling culture, Six by Nico collaborated with talented and creative Vietnamese contributors to create the new menu.
