The colourful and tropical theme provides a vibrant backdrop to eat, drink and party in style; think flamingos, flowers and tropical jungle! With a first class DJ line-up and live entertainment inspired by the glamour of Ibiza and Dubai, it promises to be one of the hottest spots in town.

The 70-cover restaurant is on the upper balcony of the Arcadian Centre. Taking centre-stage is a swish circular cocktail bar encapsulated by the main restaurant, a 10-seater private dining room and hanging entertainment deck.

The menu is an eclectic mix of classic eastern cuisines fused with western dishes.

The brunch menu ranges from healthy smoothie bowls and fresh juices to indulgent truffle eggs on sourdough and Korean fried chicken pancakes.

Lunch and dinner consists of tasty small plates to share such as sushi rolls, bau buns, wagu sliders, beef/fish tataki, chicken karaage to larger more hearty dishes such as Japanese fish and chips, Thai soup bowls and curries, steak and plenty more in between.

For those wanting an alternative afternoon tea, you can try their weekend Par-Tea menu, offering an Asian twist to your traditional cucumber sandwiches and a teapot full of cocktails for that mid afternoon burst of energy.

The drinks menu has a selection of wines, bubbles and spirits along with classic cocktails or for those a bit more daring, try one of their own crafted specials.

Jo Kinsella, Centre Manager of the Arcadian said:  “As one of Birmingham's leading leisure destinations, we are thrilled to welcome Rozu, which is an exciting new concept in dining. We are proud of our vibrant and diverse range of high-quality restaurants, bars and clubs, with Rozu adding to the mix."

Julia Robinson, Southside BID Manager added, “Rozu will bring something brand new to our district and we’re excited to welcome another new crowd of visitors to Southside.”

Due to open late December, Rozu will undoubtedly be the number one hot spot for townies looking for after work cocktails, a tapas lunch or a lush evening dinner. So spread your wings and experience the unabashed joy of Rozu.
