It’s officially a heatwave so we can safely say that summer has begun. Which means grabbing any opportunity to sit in the sun with your friends, putting on your shades and having a cocktail in hand at the newest place in town.

That new place is Club Paradiso, a brand-new pop-up cocktail bar on St Martin’s balcony at Bullring.

If you want to catch the ‘feels’ of Ibiza in Birmingham, this is certainly the place to be, full of vibrant colours,  florals in abundance and sand beneath your feet, against a backdrop of top summertime tunes.

At Club Paradiso you can enjoy the VIP pergola, covered seating and the obligatory giant selfie deck chair, making it the most eye-catching place to bask in the sun.

Dion Cox, Managing Director at Leisure Events, the company behind Club Paradiso said: “We have worked hard to create the ultimate beach vibe in such an eye-catching space. Come and enjoy a selection of refreshing cocktails, Corona beer, Camden lager Cocktails and a variety of summer wines.”

There will also be a live DJ entertaining the crowds every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. What better way to let your hair down and enjoy the heatwave.

Birmingham has a busy and exciting summer ahead, with Birmingham Festival 2023 taking place from the 28th July to celebrate the magic and memories of last year’s Commonwealth Games. The city will certainly be teaming with life all summer long.

Club Paradiso overlooks St Martin’s Church is now open until early September. Free entry 7 days a week, 11am – 10pm.
