Orelle Café has launched a brand-new menu for 2023. Focussing on the lunch-time experience and after-work drinks, the ‘Déjeuner’ [lunch] and Bar Snack menu is now available, giving diners the chance to enjoy a taste of French cuisine for a fraction of the price.

Situated on the ground-floor of 103 Colmore Row, including access to its very own private outside terrace for al-fresco drinks and dining, the sister site to Orelle Restaurant echoes Parisian café culture, offering the perfect space for morning coffees, healthy breakfasts, warming brunches and working lunches. Serving a variety of hot dishes throughout the week from 9am, the Café transforms into an intimate wine bar on the evening until 11pm.

Designed by Executive Chef, Chris Emery, the new Déjeuner menu is available from Monday to Saturday between 12-3pm. Taking cues from the main restaurant, the lunch offering features the same great quality French-inspired dishes, within a relaxed setting.

With an option to choose between two courses for £15 or three courses for £18, the menu includes a range of flavour-packed mains to choose from, such as ‘Fin de tarte aux legumes’, a puff pastry tarte with spinach, courgette, caramelised red onion and feta, or the classic French ‘Croque monsieur’, with Emmental cheese, smoked ham and bechamel. Diners then have the options of six delicious starters and dessert options to add to their meal as they wish.

Between 4-10pm, over seven new bar snacks have been introduced as the perfect pairing to a post-work aperitif. Cocktails, including the Orelle signature ‘Gold 75’, are available throughout the day alongside over 15 other house cocktails and an extensive list of wines, spirits and beers.

Kim Sin Tae, General Manager said “The Café is an inspiring and intimate setting that can be enjoyed at every time of day, and we’re delighted to be introducing this new lunchtime offering, which brings all the flavours from the 24th floor into a relaxed daytime setting. Whether you’re looking for a quiet spot to catch up on emails, or a stylish location for brunch with friends, Orelle Café provides a little slice of Parisian café culture right in the heart of Birmingham.”

The ‘Déjeuner’ menu is available now at the Orelle Café.
