Independent fine dining restaurant, Land, have been highlighted as one of the best vegetarian and vegan restaurants in the UK by the Michelin Guide.
Run by co-owners and Head Chefs Adrian Luck and Tony Cridland, Land is a modern, plant- focused, fine dining restaurant based in Birmingham’s Great Western Arcade. ‘Inspired by the land’, the restaurant takes inspiration from around the world, showcasing the very best seasonal produce in their dishes. Land’s menus are developed seasonally in order to highlight the best quality ingredients on offer at the time, with tasting menu options of either five or eight courses.
The Michelin guide said “Cauliflower is paired with gochujang, and squash with masala, at this modern vegetarian restaurant with a discernible Asian influence. As you can guess from the name, the produce of the land is at the heart of the menu, with a highly seasonal approach taken to ensure its quality.
