One of the best things about Christmastime is getting the gang together for a fabulous daytime feast. Serving up a delicious and suitably Christmassy three course menu, diners can look forward to dishes such as Pigs in Blankets, Smokey BBQ Glaze; Orange Spice French Toast with winter berry compote, maple syrup, crème fraiche, icing sugar snow; Christmas Brioche Bun with turkey, sage and caramelised onion stuffing and a cranberry jus as well as so much more.

New Year’s Eve at Brightsmith on the Water 31st December £80pp

It’s time to take out that special someone or get that gang together! It’s New Year’s Eve, and quite frankly, we all deserve it to be a corker of an evening. Well, at Brightsmith on the Water, their fabulous five-course menu,  means you’re doing NYE properly. As well as an array of fabulous Champagnes and cocktails to choose from, guests can celebrate in style with dishes such as Hickory Smoked Duck, red wine poached baby pear, sweet carrot puree; Seared Scallop, celeriac, risotto, green pea puree, black pudding crumble; Beef Wellington, caramelised onion mash, sauteed baby carrot, spinach, wild mushroom and Raspberry Trifle, fresh berries, white chocolate and Cointreau torte, cherry compote, orange gel.

And what’s New Year’s Eve without a party? As well as fabulous food and drink, there will also be fabulous music with saxophonist and DJ, Paul Martyn. A pro when it comes to setting the right scene, diners can look forward to some excellent music throughout the night, from enjoying dinner through to party time!
