Kids across the West Midlands are flocking to Birmingham to help Santa’s elves save Christmas at a unique experience.
Escape Live, which owns and operates a range of escape venues around the region, has teamed up with Resorts World to create Jingle Bells – a game where players of all ages must find all of the hidden reindeer bells to unlock the door to meet Father Christmas.
The experience was launched in mid-November and is proving to be so popular that Escape Live has added more time slots in the run-up to Christmas to allow more children to play.
Jas Sodhi, of Escape Live, said:
“The feedback has been incredible. It’s our first experience aimed predominantly at children, and families are really enjoying getting in there and solving the puzzles together.
“It’s aimed at anyone over three-years-old as they can get support from grown-ups and our very own elf who is there in the room with you throughout the whole game.
“Older kids are looking to see if they can solve the puzzles for themselves and just picking up the occasional clue from family members and our elf, so it’s great fun for everyone.
“It has been fantastic to see the magic of Christmas really shining through, especially when they solve all of the puzzles and make it through to see Father Christmas. We couldn’t be happier with just how popular it is proving to be.”
Mother of two Kully Eaves said:
“It was the best Santa Claus experience our family has ever been to. We loved that the experience was personalised for my children and they can't stop talking about it.”
A family experience for a group of up to five people will be priced at £40 Monday-Friday and £45 at weekends.
Experiences must be pre-booked and can now be made at the Escape Live website, www.escapelive.co.uk.
