Haute Dolci is proud to announce the grand reopening of its refurbished flagship store as Haute Dolci Caffé this Thursday 21st December, located on Ladypool Road. This reincarnation will not only serve the desserts that the brand is renowned for but also offer a savoury menu of brunch and light bites.
The store, which originally opened its doors as the first Heavenly Desserts in 2008, has been transformed into a haven for both sweet and savoury culinary delights under the continued ownership of Nizam Mohamed and Zafran Hussain. Differentiating itself from the first Birmingham location at Star City, the menu at Haute Dolci Caffé on Ladypool Road ventures into savoury delights and welcomes guests to all-day brunches alongside the delectable desserts. With an interior that exudes Instagram-worthy charm and a relaxed ambiance, it promises to be the ultimate destination for memorable gatherings with friends and family.
The grand reopening will feature a spectacular event named "Sweet 'n' Savoury Affair," showcasing the expanded menu that now includes brunch options and light bites, such as breakfast gourmet burgers, toasted sandwiches, salads, and more, which will take place from Thursday 21st December to Sunday 24th December. "We're excited to introduce a savoury dimension to our menu, complementing our famed desserts and offering a complete culinary experience to our guests," added Zafran Hussain, co-owner.
Set menus on these dates include the Brunch de Luxe (£24 per person), a gourmet selection that elevates the classic morning dining experience, the Sweet meets Savory (£30 per person), where guests can taste all that the new site has to offer with appetizers, main courses, and desserts, and the Crème de la Crème (£18 per person), an exclusive selection featuring a teaser, favourite dessert, and a drink.
Highlights from the new brunch menu include the rich and flavourful Shakshuka (fried eggs nestled in a tomato sauce, topped with feta cheese and coriander, and served with sourdough or tortilla), the succulent dynamite chicken (fried chicken smothered in Haute Dolci’s signature dynamite sauce and finished with amaranth and watercress), and the classic English breakfast royale (a hearty plate of chicken sausages, eggs, crispy hash browns, juicy tomatoes, spicy beans, sautéed mushrooms, beef rashers, and bread).
This landmark event marks a significant milestone in the Haute Dolci journey. "The transition from Heavenly Desserts to Haute Dolci Caffé represents our evolution and commitment to offering our loyal customers not just desserts but a complete, indulgent dining experience," said Nizam Mohamed, co-owner of Haute Dolci. The store's rich history and transformation are a testament to the brand's dedication to innovation and excellence.
Reservations for the grand opening can be made through Haute Dolci's website. The team eagerly awaits the opportunity to welcome new and returning customers to this exciting new chapter.
