B:Eats, a daytime cafe and evening eatery created by BMusic, the music charity responsible for Symphony Hall and Town Hall, will be launching a new summer menu on Monday 3rd July. 

New brunch dishes include Breakfast Tacos (three hard shell tacos filled with scrambled egg, sausage, fried onion, crispy bacons lardons and spring onion, served with hash browns) Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs served on toasted ciabatta with chilli oil and chives. Lamb Shish Scotch Egg (a soft-boiled egg encased in Indian marinated minced lamb and coated in breadcrumbs) Smoked Salmon Kedgeree (spiced vegetable rice with hard boiled eggs, smoked salmon and chopped parsley). 

Lunch dishes include a new range of Tacos (Three hard shell tacos filled with shredded lettuce, pico de Gallo, shredded cheese and a choice of fillings from coconut shrimp, to slow roasted pulled pork, Mexican chicken and quinoa chilli, all served with fries, guacamole, salsa and sour creme). Chicken Caesar Salad (slices of chicken breast, crispy bacon lardons and croutons, served with fresh romaine lettuce and a creamy Caesar dressing, topped with shaved parmesan cheese, anchovies and a soft-boiled egg). Middle Eastern Lamb Tagine (Marinated lamb shoulder in a smoky ragu, warm couscous and a mint yoghurt dressing) and a Sunny Vibes Salad (quinoa, diced tomato, kale, brown rice, soybeans, red onion and diced leek). 

The cafe will also be serving a selection of sandwiches, including The Breakfast Sarnie (bacon, egg and sausage with either red or brown sauce on thick sliced white bread a side of hash browns). The Ensemble (Roast chicken, maple cured bacon, shredded iceberg lettuce, avocado, heritage tomatoes and bacon mayo, served in a toasted ciabatta and a side of fries). The Codfather Sub (Hand battered cod, house tartare sauce and shredded iceberg lettuce, served on a toasted sub roll and with a side of fries. The Vegan Philly Cheese (Plant based steak slices, house fries, vegan cheese, vegan mayo and shredded iceberg lettuce, all encased in a toasted sub roll).

Alongside our new range of tacos and sandwiches, we’ll also still be serving our famous Brummie bacon cakes. The menu vill be available in our cafe from Monday 3rd July and we hope our loyal regulars and new customers enjoy!”

B:Eats is Monday to Saturday from 11am - 4pm.
