Two musical worlds collide in a Classical and Bhangra explosion!
Bhangra rock band, Kissmet, and Orchestra of the Swan join forces for this thrilling fusion of music and dance, storytelling and mesmerising spirituality, that brings together the irresistible energy of Bhangra beat and Western rock with a soundscape of classical strings.
Founded by Ron and Buzz Singh, Kissmet's unique sound reflects the brothers' experience of growing up in multicultural Britain, listening to everything from classical Hindi and Punjabi music to The Clash and Led Zeppelin.
Orchestra of the Swan love blurring the boundaries between genres and mixing styles, from Bach to Bowie, and performing with exciting artists.
As Ron Singh says: 'What's most important is the incredible vibe and energy that can be generated by people of all faiths, backgrounds, colours, gender and culture coming together to create something powerfully positive, infectious and memorable.'
