Connect with art through nature and play!

This August families are taking over the Barber! Come along to a free, drop-in session in our outdoor area, explore the building and galleries equipped with resources available in the foyer. Help us re-imagine our spaces and enjoy open-ended creativity and discovery this summer.

Scrap Sculpture Garden
Tuesday 1 & 2 Wednesday August, 11am – 3pm


Colour Box: Down to Earth with Flatpack
Thursday 3 August, 11am – 3pm


Tremendous Textiles with Ruth Turnbull
Friday 4 August, 11am-3pm


Insect Planet with Cloud Cuckoo Land Theatre
Saturday 5 August, 11am - 3pm


Printing Natural Forms
Sunday 6 August, 11am – 3pm


Creepy Crawlies Construction with Woodland Tribe
Wednesday 9 – Friday 11 August, 10.30am – 1pm, 2 – 4.30pm

 


 

Free. No booking required; drop in anytime.

 All activities are suitable for families with children aged 2 - 12 years old.

 All materials and refreshments are provided.

Parking is available.

We are also accessible by train to University station, or by bus (1A, 61, 63, X20, X21 and X22).
