Following its show-stopping restaurant launch only three months ago, Orelle has unveiled an exclusive Valentine’s Day Menu, for guests to enjoy modern French dining in the sky on the most romantic day of the year.

Set on the 24th floor of 103 Colmore Row, 360-panoramic views across Birmingham will provide the perfect backdrop to watch the sunset over the city with a loved-one whilst toasting to the evening with Orelle’s exclusive Valentine’s Day cocktail ‘Mon Amour’, made with a base of Raspberry and Damson gin locally sourced from Bewdley gin distillery, ‘Wildjac’.

Available for one evening only, the Valentine’s Menu offers guests two options for dining, including a three-course early-bird offer to be enjoyed before 5.30pm, or a decadent four-course option available from 8pm. Starting from £100 per person, the experience will be set against a romantic soundtrack of live jazz musicians playing throughout the evening.

Each course on the set-menu has been carefully developed by Executive Chef, Chris Emery, with his signature modern take on classic French recipes. Dishes include Poulet, truffled chicken ballotine served with Chicken fat potato, chanterelles and pickled mustard, or Bar, roasted sea bass served with shellfish ragout and seaweed butter. To end the meal, guests can choose from the tempting dessert selection, featuring specials such as Chocolat, the Fraise et calamansi, or the Tarte Tatin to share.

Alongside the set-menu, an extensive drinks list is available on the evening featuring wines from across the globe, served by Orelle’s expert sommelier, in addition to signature cocktails and mocktails that have been exclusively designed by the talented Bar Manager, Tiago Bastos.

Kim Sin Tae, General Manager at Orelle said, “The Valentine’s Day menu has been a pleasure to put together for our guests, who can expect an Orelle twist on some of our favourite dishes from France - showcasing delicate yet exciting flavours that are perfect for the evening. With the amazing backdrop of the city, there really is no better place to celebrate love with that special someone this Valentine’s Day.”

The Valentine’s Day Menu is available to bookings only and is available to pre-book now via the website.
