Ten years since the release of their first single boyband Union J are set to perform five special shows in 2023.

The Reunion Tour follows a sold-out date at the world-famous London Palladium earlier this year and will see the pop four-piece travel across England and Scotland including a date at Birmingham Symphony Hall on Wednesday May 31.

Tickets go on sale at 9am Friday December 16 from www.cuffeandtaylor.com

Union J rose to fame following their success on ITV’s The X Factor back in 2012 after being put together by music mogul Louis Walsh. They quickly amassed a loyal fanbase and went on to enjoy success with four UK Top 10 singles and a debut UK Top 10 album, winning Best British Breakthrough at the BBC Teen Awards, selling out arena shows and making their Hollywood debut as ‘Heartthrobs’ on Kick-Ass 2 performing their standout single Carry You.

In 2016 the group disbanded but now the original four members - JJ Hamblett, Jaymi Hensley, George Shelley and Josh Cuthbert – are back together. And following their sold-out 10th anniversary show at The London palladium earlier this year they supported Christina Aguilera on her UK arena tour.

June 2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the release of Carry You and now the band are hitting the road to celebrate.

Speaking about the Reunion Tour, the band said: “This is going to be amazing. We had such a brilliant night at The London Palladium so now to be going out across the country so we can connect with so many more fans is a brilliant opportunity and one we are really looking forward to.

“This year marked the first time we had performed together in six years, but it was like we had never been apart. It felt so good to be back on stage as a four-piece so spring needs to hurry up so we can do it all over again.”
