Fire & Ice opens at The Belfry Hotel & Resort

The iconic Fire & Ice Experience at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, situated in the heart of the country in Royal Sutton Coldfield, North Warwickshire, is open once again.

Priced from £25pp, the Fire & Ice Experience includes afternoon tea and a 60-minute relaxation journey through a varied selection of bio thermal rooms, all designed to enhance your mood and invigorate the senses. Based on a bathing ritual, guests move through a series of heating and cooling experiences with the aim of inducing deep relaxation.

Guests can spend time in the crystal steam room increasing the body’s temperature before entering the freezing cold igloo to invigorate the body and senses. For those in need of a massage, guests can opt to send to time in the hydrotherapy pool with five stations, which work together to stimulate the major muscle groups, or for those looking for to relax, lie back in the tranquillity room where the soothing lighting and chilled water creates the ideal environment. Guests can also use the spa’s heated bench and footbaths; sauna; feature showers, which offer three types of cold showers; the aroma cave, a wonderfully light aromatic steam room; and the caldarium.

The Belfry also has a range of Spa packages including the Fire & Ice Spa Break which includes an overnight stay followed by a full English breakfast, the Fire & Ice experience and dinner in The Ryder Grill, priced from £129 per person. Alternatively, guests can opt for a day spa visit with the Afternoon Retreat package, priced from £59 per person including a 40-minute treatment, access to the Fire & Ice Experience, followed by Prosecco and truffles.
