This summer thousands of new and existing cricket fans will have the opportunity to get up close to the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup action in Birmingham as the city hosts a Fanzone in Victoria Square between 28-30 June.

We cannot wait to be one the hosts for the most anticipated sporting events this summer here in Birmingham! 10 April marked 50 days to go until the start of the tournament and in celebration we are posting 50 amazing things to see and do inbetween as Birmingham counts down to the big event!

Clear your diaries and grab your glitter – one of the UK’s biggest alternative club night Sink The Pink is coming to town - and they’re bringing along a feline friend. 

The ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Opening Party is set to take place on the iconic London Mall on the evening of 29 May ahead of the opening fixture between hosts England and South Africa at The Oval on 30 May.

The hotel has been awarded this coveted prize in the UK, Ireland & Western Europe Region within the Radisson Hotel Group.
