From Cadbury’s Dairy Milk and Lashford’s award-winning sausages, to East End Food’s curries and Cleone Foods’ Island Delight Patties: Birmingham makes some the UK’s favourite foods.
Cadbury is the king of chocolate. Close to the heart and taste buds of the whole nation the Birmingham brand has been synonymous with chocolate-making since 1824 when John Cadbury first opened his shop.
A.W.Lashford & Son are famed for their champion sizzlers. Their award-winning sausages (so far 125 prizes at home and abroad) are enjoyed right across the land and fans include the royal family.

Created by Jamaican-born company founder, Wade Lyn, these authentic patties feature a golden pastry crust holding a range of fresh scrummy fillings and all-important Caribbean spices.
