£65 per person all inclusive four courses with wine Telmo Rodriguez, a pioneer in Spanish viticulture, is widely recognized as one of Spain's most talented and prolific winemakers. A passionate opponent of the internationalisation of Spanish vineyards, he is dedicated to rediscovering forgotten regions of superior terroir, planting indigenous varieties and putting some of the of the lesser known areas of Spain back onto the winemaking map. He spends most of his time and efforts in the vineyards, farming biodynamically. His wines that we have on our list are from Malaga and Alicante.

They cultivate a range of delicious gourmet potatoes with heritage and history. Join us for a four course dinner where we showcase different varieties with seasonal free range meats and wild fish, sustainably sourced, of course!

DINNER SERIES Friday May 16th at 7.00pm Nick Francis Paddock Farm Dinner : Tamworth Rare Breed pigs
£65 per person all inclusive four courses with wine ‘Pigs and people are just different enough to keep each other guessing… a very sound basis for any long-term relationship.’
The Whole Hog, Lyall Watson Nick Francis of Paddock Farm will talk about being a first generation farmer and treating us to a dinner devoted to his wonderful Tamworth breed of pig. ‘I have a farm just outside Stratford Upon Avon on which I raise the top herd of rare-breed pedigree Tamworth pigs in the country. We hand-raise the pigs outside all year round in the best environment, with utmost attention to health and welfare to produce the ultimate pork!’

Join us and our host Gary Newbon, ITV broadcaster of 7 World Cups, as he comperes the evening over a 3 course dinner and the big match! Share the edge of the seat excitement with us at Opus, and get stuck in Suarez style to the delicious meal.

£65 per person all inclusive four courses with wine Taste the wild fruits of the sea over a 4 course dinner including wines to match, with our friends from Brixham harbour. We aim to challenge some of the preconceptions around sustainability and will talk about how we work with our Devon supplier to source the best, most sustainable fish from the dockside auctions.

Enjoy the freshest vegetables imaginable without having your own farm! The glorious fruit, vegetables, and salad grown in the nurseries of Worcester Produce across the Vale of Evesham are picked on day one and with us on day two. Worcester Produce also trade with a number of highly trusted local partners in Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Warwickshire. ‘We only supply delicious hand picked produce that has been nurtured by local farmers grown with pride and delivered fresh from local fields.’ An evening to savour!

 


 

DINNER SERIES Friday, October 17th at 7.00pm Willie Ritch of Fingask Farm Beef Dinner
£85 per person all inclusive four courses with wine
‘I’m just producing beef the way my grandfather used to do it.’ Willie Ritch joins us from his idyllic Fingask Farm in Aberdeenshire for a dinner devoted to beef from his single estate grass fed beef herd. We find the flavour from his herds, a cross between Aberdeen Angus and Limousin, to be unrivalled. The cattle feed from the lush rolling pastures, mash from the local distilleries and drink from the crystal clear waters of the burns. The good life!!

 


 

NOVEMBER DINNER SERIES Friday, November TBC at 7.00PM Sophia Berqvist Port Dinner
£65 per person all inclusive four courses with wine
Sophia Berqvist of the Quinta de la Rosa estate is our host for the port and red wine evening. Sophia’s family has been making port since 1815 and red wine since the early 1990’s. Their estate runs along the banks of the Douro River and up steep terraces to 400m above sea level. The A grade schistous soil produces luscious wines.
