Acclaimed chef Richard Turner is back in the kitchen with the launch of Maribel, the latest addition to Birmingham’s thriving culinary scene, located in Brindleyplace.
Maribel Restaurant celebrates the very best seasonal produce, with a menu that constantly evolves as the kitchen develops new dishes each week.
Open in the site of the former Edmund’s restaurant, Maribel has a three-course menu available Tuesday-Friday lunchtimes priced at a reasonable £30. In addition to a six course tasting menu for £60, available Tuesday to Friday lunch and dinner, and a nine course menu available Tuesday-Saturday lunch and dinner, priced at £90. All menus also have accompanying wine flights.
