A selection of bespoke Valentine’s Day cocktails is also available, including the ‘Lover’s Club’ – a combination of Chase GB Gin, raspberry liqueur and syrup, shaken with lemon juice. ‘Rosa Royale’ is a simple yet beautiful blend of rose and grapefruit liqueurs with pink grapefruit juice and dash of sugar, topped with organic prosecco and garnished with dried rose petals. And for a little sweetness, the ‘P.S I Love You’ cocktail is a mix of Bailey's, amaretto, coffee liqueur and gold rum, shaken with cream and finished with crumbled chocolate.
