Kids Stretch and Bloom at The Birmingham Botanical Gardens

Join in our Stretch and Bloom sessions - fun interactive sessions for kids which include yoga, spring inspired dance-a-longs, and lily-pad themed fun!

These mood-boosting sessions are the perfect way to energise your mind and body and get moving in whatever way you can ✨

Aimed at little ones 4 - 12 years but mum, dad, or gran and grandad can join in too!

The activity takes place in the Terrace Suite.

If you are participating please ensure sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move around freely in.

Dates: Sessions are held on multiple days: 29th March / 30th March / 1st April.

Times: Workshops will run throughout the day at 10.45am, 12pm, 2pm, and 3.15pm. (Each session lasts 40 minutes).

Please note the Gardens opening times are 10am – 5pm.

Location: Terrace Suite (indoors).

Tickets: Participating children are required to purchase general admission alongside the Stretch and Bloom session. (£5.50 general admission plus £3.50 for Stretch and Bloom)
Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event. General admission tickets are required for adults, but accompanying adults are not required to purchase workshop tickets.
