Peel’s a fine dining restaurant, set in the original dining room of the manor house in the historic Hampton Manor, serves the cuisine of award winning Head Chef, Ryan Swift. Peel’s Restaurant serves dinner Tuesday to Saturday and lunch on Sundays. The service is relaxed but professional, with warm and knowledgeable hospitality provided to all our diners. Every element of the dining experience has been carefully designed to produce something of rare quality that breaks the mould of traditional country house formality. It is 21st century country house hospitality. Ryan’s cooking is light and playful, with intense flavours and creative textures. Classical training in some of the countries finest country house kitchens has provided strong foundations for Ryan to develop his own unique style of cooking. We offer an A La Carte Menu to be enjoyed Tuesday to Saturday dinner.

To enjoy Ryan’s most creative cooking we recommend our 4 or 7 course tasting menu, a series of smaller dishes and best paired with wine. Cooking dinner for just 26 covers allows the team to focus on pushing boundaries in both the sourcing and the cooking of everything that leaves the kitchen. The tasting room with Kitchen window is the perfect environment to enjoy the tasting menu and interact with the Chef team for up to a maximum of 8 guests.

Sunday lunch is a traditional roast with starters and desserts inspired from our dinner menu.
Afternoon Tea is served Monday to Saturday from 2-4pm and 3pm – 5pm on Sundays and includes homemade scones and freshly baked sweet treats prepared by Ryan’s team. We also serve breakfast and light lunches daily, there is always a reason to pop in and see us. Extensive lounge and bar areas provide the perfect place to soak up that country house feeling. There is no dress code but we recommend you take your tie off, settle into a sofa by the fire in Fred’s and enjoy your favourite tipple…we’re all about the food not formality or excessive fuss.
