Nightlife

With star-filled theatres and comedy clubs, stylish bars and the hottest nightspots, Birmingham and the region is the place to party.

Why not take in a performance at one of the city’s many theatres? With a programme of major touring productions and local talent; Birmingham and the wider region’s theatres include the nation’s busiest, an exquisite Edwardian auditorium and a theatre renowned for showcasing African, Asian and Caribbean talent and culture.

Prefer the thrill of a live band? We’ve got awe-inspiring arenas; cool, intimate clubs and hot and funky bars showcasing a talented array of global superstars and the next big thing every night of the week. There’s something for everyone, including rock, pop, jazz, blues, reggae and bhangra.

For a complete night out, why not head over to one of our three comedy clubs? As well as the best in UK and international comedy, there’s great food and drink on offer and all three clubs are in the heart of Birmingham’s entertainment district; so when the encores are over, you can dance the night away.

If you’re planning to party all night, there’s a club and a night for you, no matter what your taste in tunes.

And in both the Black Country and Solihull there are theatres, clubs and bars galore if you fancy a change of scenery one evening.
