Nuvo Birmingham's fifth birthday

Nuvo is celebrating its fifth birthday with an exclusive party on Friday to thank loyal customers for their continued support.

The popular cocktail bar and club in Brindleplace will host the glittering event on May 22nd to mark the anniversary of the day it opened in 2010.

Around 250 guests including celebrities, corporate hgh-flyers and well-known faces from Birmingham's thriving social scene will be among those attending.

The bar, famous for its' cocktails and popular tapas menu, has teamed up with a new champagne brand to mark the occasion and Moet NIR Nectar Imperial Rose will be served to guests on the night. The new brand of pink champagne is sold in illuminous bottles, which light up making them perfect for the bar and nightclub scene.

The glamorous new drink is served in a wine glass rather than the typical champagne flute and promises to be a popular new tipple for Nuvo regulars.

Nuvo has fast established itself as one of the city's prime nightspots popular with those who love to dress up and enjoy a night out from Thursday to Saturday.

The club regularly hosts the UK's top DJs and is a regular haunt for celebrities and footballers alike.

Stephania Christoforou, Managing Director of Nuvo said the bar was looking forward to welcoming its' special guests on Friday in addition to its regulars who will still be able to access the main bar.

She said: "Friday promises to be a great occasion and we promise a great night to mark the five years Nuvo has been in the city. Our guests will love what we have in store and I'm sure the new pink champagne will be very popular!"
