Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Taste Film Birmingham
- The winner’s guest must meet the age restriction of the film selected.
- The prize is a Taste Film gift card covering two tickets to one of the standard experiences, currently priced at £87.50 per person.
- If the winner chooses a ticket priced above the gift card value, they will be required to pay the difference.
- The gift card must be redeemed within 12 months of the date it is issued.
- The prize is subject to event availability.

Frederick Street Townhouse
- The winner will receive one complimentary night’s accommodation at Frederick Street Townhouse, to be taken on the evening of the winner’s chosen Taste Film showing subject to the hotel's availability.
- The prize includes accommodation only for two guests in a Superior Double Room. The prize does not include any food and drink.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Chance & Counters
- This Date Night Experience includes: Two hours of gaming for two with full access to our board game library, a glass of prosecco or mocktail each, a burger and fries each, including our signature smash burger (vegan option available)
General
- This competition is open to UK residents only and entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted the prize winner may be asked to provide proof of age as winners may be asked for age identification
- Employees connected with this promotion from West Midlands Growth Company, any employees of third-party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this prize draw
- The closing date for entries is 0:00 (GMT) on 10th September
- Winners will be picked at random and notified via email by 15th September
- Any additional costs incurred over and above the value of the prizes must be paid for by the prize winner
- No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
- No multiple entries allowed.
- The prizes are as stated in these terms and conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be awarded, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternatives of equal or greater value
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, prizes will only be available directly to the winning entrant
- The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into
- Entry instructions and prize descriptions form part of these terms and conditions
- The Prize is as stated, non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected
- West Midlands Growth Company accepts no liability for the prize or for any loss or damage arising from its issue
- If you are a winner, you will have 2 days to claim your prize. If you do not respond within that time period, you may forfeit your prize. We reserve the right to award the prize to another winner if we are unable to make contact with you on the platform on which you entered the Prize Draw. Any alternative winner will be selected at random in accordance with the procedure set out above.
- By entering the Prize Draw, you are consenting to your full name and email to be shared with the prize provider, in order to contact you about claiming the prize
- The Prize Draw is free to enter, although data charges from your network operator and internet service providers’ fees may apply.
