Brindley Cookbook: Volume 2

About

We’re back with our second instalment of the Brindley Recipe Book! Last month we shared some delicious recipes and tutorials from some of your Brindleyplace favourites for you to cook along with at home, and this month we have even more to share!

From their kitchen to yours, Pizza Express are sharing recipes, tips and tricks over on their website including everything from their classic Dough Balls to a technical Vegan Calzone! Have a go at making some of their recipes at home, and make sure to keep an eye out for the Pizza Express At-Home range in supermarkets the next time you are shopping for your essentials.

Craving a cocktail? All Bar One have revealed their secrets and are showing you how to recreate some of their favourite freshly made cocktails at home, with a new recipe added each week! No British summer would be complete without a jug of Pimm’s, so make sure you perfect yours before then!

Wagamama have continued #wokfromhome over on their social media pages, where you can learn how to cook some iconic Wagamama recipes! This week is all about Bao Buns, and they have shared the recipe for their beloved steamed buns alongside three fillings for you to try! Make sure you give them a like on Facebook to stay up-to-date with their live tutorials.

Missing your favourite sweet treat from Costa? Why not bake your own Millionaire’s Shortbread? Their easy to follow steps make a rich serving of delicious caramel shortbread bites, exactly like the ones in store! Head on over to their YouTube channel and learn everything from how to elevate your coffee at home to how to make a delicious Caramel Lattini!

Cookie fans rejoice! Pret A Manger have added more of your favourites to the #PretRecipeBook including their moreish Dark Chocolate Vegan Cookies. Fancy something savoury? They have also shared the recipe for their infamous Macaroni and Cheese! Recreate the kale and cauliflower or prosciutto recipes at home, or try out some of their ideas for added extras.

We would love to see your recipe re-creations, so if you try any of these dishes at home, please tag the restaurants and @Brindleyplace !
