A single bedroom and personal use of a separate lounge in a detached, quiet, Victorian Old School House.
The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, bookshelves and a table/desk and chair. It has thermal/blackout curtains and a wall radiator.
You will have exclusive use of a large lounge. The driveway has plenty of room for cars/manoeuvring. The house has a large, mature garden for you to enjoy. In the garage I have an exercise bike and a treadmill you are welcome to use.
I have a small cat, who usually lives outside. I live opposite a park, 3 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants, swimming, gym, tennis courts, library, Adult Ed Centre. St. Laurence Church (Norman) is on the corner and a small old local pub is 3 doors down. Royal Orthopaedic Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital are both on our doorstep as well as University of Birmingham and Cadbury's.
The house is 3 minutes' walk from the local train station, connecting directly to Birmingham New Street (15 minutes) and Lichfield [via University of Birmingham] or Bromsgrove or Redditch( 15 minutes). 3 minutes' walk from A38 buses to Birmingham (20-30 minutes) via University of Birmingham, Longbridge (15 minutes), Lickey Hills (25 minutes).
