The Brew - Art of Persuasion Tour

The Slade Rooms, Broad Street, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV1 1HP
The Brew - Art of Persuasion Tour

I would like to introduce The Brew.........earning a reputation as one of Europe's most exciting rock acts!

The great news for rock lovers in the West Midlands, is that The Brew will be playing at The Slade Rooms on Friday 26th April; the fourth night of their five date 'Art of Persuasion' UK Tour.

From Grimsby, The Brew has appeared three times on Germany’s Prestigious Rockpalast show and has toured with ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd, and played alongside legends like Jeff Beck, Joe Bonamassa, Chickenfoot and Joe Satriani!

They have seen their albums chart across Europe in Germany, Poland, Spain and in 2014 they were the only UK band to play at the Woodstock festival in Poland to 250,000 people.  After six fine and varied studio albums and zero line-up changes (Tim Smith - bass, Kurtis Smith - drums & Jason Barwick guitar/vocals), present Art Of Persuasion, their seventh masterpiece released in October 2018.  While proudly displaying the band’s influences - from Led Zeppelin to Wolfmother, the record easily avoids schlocky retro clichés and is exactly in line with their critically acclaimed live shows.

The only way to get a real adrenaline-shot and experience the drive, passion and explosive action of this band, is to see them live.  Until then, to get a feel for what's in store, you can have a look and listen to two tracks from their latest album; the official video of Gin Soaked Loving Queen and Seven Days Too Long

On their appearance at The Slade Rooms “a very cool place and totally exciting to be playing here”, says Jason Barwick from the Band and when they step on stage, it becomes crystal clear why they get rave reviews wherever they play!

Félix Rabin will be taking the stage with his band before The Brew.  The French 23 year old guitar wonder was inspired by musicians like Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Pink Floyd and his style embodies these influences with inventive riffs and moody melodies.........this is contemporary rock at its best!
