Summer at Bullring

Bullring & Grand Central, Bullring, Birmingham, West Midlands, B5 4BU
Summer at Bullring

Forget about the rain, summer is almost here and Bullring & Grand Central is making the most of it with a jam-packed schedule of events, a new beach bar and a place to watch the tennis.

Throughout the next three months visitors to Bullring & Grand Central will be able to enjoy the following:

Wimbledon 1st – 14th July, St Martin's Square (by Selfridges and St Martin's Church)
It's one of the biggest sporting events of the year and this year you can watch it all at Bullring & Grand Central. There will be a big screen in front of St Martin's Church showing all the big matches as they happen as well as samples from some of the centre's restaurants in the area.

Summer in the City 13th – 14th July, Rotunda Square
It's Summer in the City and as part of the celebrations curated by Birmingham Hippodrome, Bullring & Grand Central will be hosting performances and special installations across the weekend. This year the family festival takes on a space theme celebrating 50 years since the first moon landings and includes a cloud-gazing area by the Bull.

BeatFreeks: The Festival of Audacity 19th – 20th July, Rotunda Square
BeatFreeks presents music, film and dance performances throughout the weekend as the collective brings its summer festival to the city.

Summer Food Festival 25th – 26th July, centre-wide
Who doesn't love free food? Throughout the summer Bullring & Grand Central PLUS app users will be showered with foodie offers and discounts for restaurants and cafes across the centre. The app can be downloaded for free from Google Play and App Store. Keep an eye out for our dancing butlers on 25th and 26th July – they will have lots of food to giveaway.

Circus Mash 24th August, Rotunda Square
Roll up, roll up… the circus is coming to town. Catch the moving circus and theatrical acts on Rotunda Square on Saturday 24th August – the perfect way to kick-start your Bank Holiday weekend.

Mojito Beach Bar, all summer long, St Martin's Balcony
The city's newest venue is now open. Mojito Beach Bar allows you to kick back and enjoy the long summer nights with a full schedule of live music and DJs. With the sand under your toes and cocktail in hand, it'll be the ultimate chill-out location.
