Global bestselling author and award-winning podcast host Jay Shetty has announced his first UK tour dates in 2023.

Jay Shetty: Love Rules takes in five dates starting on Friday 19th May at Glasgow's Armadillo and culminates with two nights at the London Palladium on 23rd & 24th May. The tour follows the release of his highly anticipated second book '8 Rules of Love - How to Find It, Keep It, and Let It Go' released on 31st January.

Love Rules will see Jay will take the audience on a journey of finding, keeping, and even letting go of love, including live meditations, experiments, and demonstrations over 90 minutes.
