About

Join Ikon Youth Programme and James Wood (Totally Wild UK) for an in-depth day of canalside foraging. Starting with a welcome of wild teas, coffees, scones and jams, foragers will discover a vast array of wild edibles and try up to 30 pre-made tasters from infusions to chutneys, pickles, syrups, salts and herb mixes, before harvesting a range of ingredients to cook and eat a delicious lunch.
