Striding out from City Centre Gardens, our 10km wellness walk will go through the wonderful neighbourhoods of Birmingham, passing famous sights such as the Bullring, along the Birmingham canals and through Chamberlain Square. Throughout your walk you will have the opportunity to take wellness moments to fully enhance your wellness walk experience.
The route is step-free so we welcome people using pushchairs or mobility scooters. There are plenty of toilets at the start and finish, we have a rest stop at St Philips Cathedral and there even have a special shortcut option for those who need it, reducing the walk distance.
