What started life way back in 1985 as the Birmingham Jazz Festival last year spread its wings to embrace Solihull and now this year is proud to announce that neighbouring Sandwell has come on board too. Hense the 33rd Birmingham Jazz Festival is also the first Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell Jazz Festival: 210 performances, 198 of them with free admission, in 86 venues across this swathe of the West Midlands.
