BE FESTIVAL BEatHome Panel Discussion

Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Centenary Square, BIRMINGHAM, West Midlands, B1 2EP
BEatHome Panel Discussion

About

The festival opened on 7th May with a panel discussion seeking to explore the impact of the pandemic on the cultural sector and what role art has to play now and post confinement.

The arts sector has an obligation to support and value the work of the artists, now more than ever, guaranteeing the minimum pay rate, and making the survival of its ecosystem possible.

We invited a panel of professionals from across Europe to discuss this topic from different perspectives and contexts.

Panelists included: Matt Burman (UK), Michele Di Stefano (IT) and Charlotte Orti (GER).
