Loaf is a worker co-operative in Stirchley, Birmingham. We want to build community through good food and bring good food to our community. Established in 2009, we are passionate about baking real bread, particularly sourdoughs, and sell a range of freshly baked loaves and treats, Tuesday-Saturday.
We offer courses so you can learn cookery skills for life, we host events and love our place on Stirchley’s thriving high street. Come and visit!
At Loaf find, cook and eat real food everyday, through their courses you will be guided through the process of making some deliciosu meals with tin house staff and expert external tutors. You will leave feeling confident and independnet with the skills to make great meals at home.
