  1. The prize is for two winners. Prize 1 includes: a two-day Birmingham and West Midlands pass for 2 adults, Standard Premium return travel with Avanti West Coast from anywhere on the West Coast mainline plus an overnight stay in the Warwick Castle Hotel. Prize 2 includes: a two-day Birmingham and West Midlands pass for 2 adults + 2 children OR 1 adult and 3 children, Standard Premium return travel with Avanti West Coast from anywhere on the West Coast mainline plus an overnight stay in the Warwick Castle Hotel.
  2. Train travel must be booked for a specific outward and return date, no open return ticket type can be offered as part of this competition and cannot be exchanged for monetary value or transferred to another ticket type.
  3. Avanti West Coast Tickets can be used for return travel to Birmingham, Coventry, Rugby and Wolverhampton from the winners home location.
  4. No additional travel, parking and accommodation expenses are included.
  5. Tickets are valid for the specific pass only and cannot be exchanged for any others.
  6. This competition is open to UK residents only and entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted the prize winner may be asked to provide proof of age as winners may be asked for age identification
  7. Employees connected with this promotion from West Midlands Growth Company, any employees of third-party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this prize draw
  8. The closing date for entries is 23:59 (GMT) on 4 October 2024
  9. Winners will be picked at random and notified via email by 7 October 2024
  10. Any additional costs incurred over and above the value of the prizes must be paid for by the prize winner
  11. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition. No multiple entries allowed
  12. The prizes are as stated in these terms and conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be awarded, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternatives of equal or greater value
  13. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, prizes will only be available directly to the winning entrant
  14. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into

  17. The Prize is as stated, non-negotiable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected
