Award-winning conference and events venue, Millennium Point, has announced a series of exciting events throughout the remainder of 2023.

Kicking off an impressive line-up of events taking place in its award-winning, 354-seat auditorium over the coming months, Mean Girls Bottomless Prosecco Brunch marks Millennium Point’s first screening event this autumn. Complete with bottomless* prosecco, the cult classic will be hitting Birmingham’s biggest screen at 1pm on Saturday 23rd September – giving visitors the chance to revel in nostalgia while enjoying the much-loved film with unlimited fizz and a delicious brunch for just £35 per person.

Ahead of the spooky season, Millennium Point is partnering with The Wine Events Company to host an exclusive screening of the popular musical comedy horror, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, at 7pm on Saturday 21st October. Inviting guests to indulge in the weird, wild and wonderful scenes of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, alongside a hosted experience of drinks and movie trivia, the screening will be paired with four themed cocktails expertly selected by The Wine Events Company to offer a unique experience like no other this Halloween. Tickets are priced at £39.95 per person and guests are encouraged to dress up.

The film screening season will conclude with Millennium Point’s magical Elf with Cocktails event on Sunday 10th December. Kicking off at 3pm, the event invites movie lovers to experience the world of Buddy the elf in a multi-sensory way through sight, sound and taste, with four cocktails that have been perfectly paired with the film, selected by The Wine Events Company, alongside enjoying the twists and turns of the festive tale through Millennium Point’s huge screen and expert sound system in the auditorium. For just £39.95 per ticket, guests can expect four delicious cocktails, plenty of laughter and heaps of movie trivia, alongside take-home cocktail recipes and more, served expertly by host Tony Elvin throughout the much-loved modern Christmas classic.

What’s more, Millennium Point is inviting guests to let their hair down and get their dancing shoes on at its two upcoming silent discos, where three Silent Noize DJs will battle it out for the spot of top DJ by playing a unique selection of multi-genre music throughout the night. From 7.30pm on Saturday 28th October, visitors are encouraged to grab a costume and do the monster mash as the Halloween Silent Disco returns by popular demand. Plus, from 7.30pm on Friday 22nd December, Millennium Point will host an unrivalled festive party filled with toe-tapping Christmas tunes, and fan favourites across pop, RnB and beyond. With Christmas just around the corner, guests are invited to put their Santa hats on and dance like no one is watching as the three DJs battle it out throughout the night.

Rebecca Delmore, Commercial Director at Millennium Point, said: “After a busy few months, we’re thrilled to announce our brand-new events schedule for the rest of the year!

“Whether you’re enjoying the magic of cinema on our giant screen or dancing the night away at one of our silent discos, there’s something for everyone at Millennium Point this season, and we can’t wait to give guests an unforgettable experience over the coming months.”
