Bullring & Grand Central to host The Self-Love Sanctuary event with the incredible Luinluland

Iconic shopping, dining and leisure destination, Bullring & Grand Central, will be hosting The Self-Love Sanctuary event with popular influencer, Lou Featherstone AKA Luinluland, on 10^th – 11^th February.

Knowing that some women in their 40s, 50s and 60s have lost their sense of self with life, family, and work pressures, Bullring & Grand Central will be hosting a free two-day event that aims to make ‘the invisible woman’ feel empowered with a space dedicated to self-love. The Self-Love Sanctuary, located on Level 2 near Selfridges, will be a bold and brave safe space with inspirational mantras to leave those visiting feeling inspired to be their best self.

Fronted by influencer Luinluland, a 50-something British mum who has been travelling across the USA in her vintage bluebird bus spreading the word of the Self-Love Revolution, the event boasts an itinerary packed with styling workshops, silent discos and an inspiring panel discussion between women from all different walks of life.

Lou, who has over 61k followers on Instagram, grew up in the West Midlands and has a bold expressive obsession with self-love that she wants to share with others. During the weekend she will share her personal journey with attendees through tips, advice and words of encouragement.

Friday 10^th February

12pm – 2.30pm	Self-love in style – Lou, who is known for her unique style, will be sharing some of her top styling tips and favourite pieces available from around the centre.
3pm – 5pm	‘Shake your beauty/booty' Silent Disco – Celebrate the weekend with an afternoon of silent disco fun with cocktails, cheeky cupcakes and empowering tunes.
6pm – 7.30pm	The Tunnel of Love – A deep dive into self-love and ways to feel it.

Saturday 11^th February

Time	Activity
10am – 12pm	Self-love in style – Lou is back for day two and will kick off the day with another fun and interactive styling session.
12.30pm – 1.30pm	Why the *%$@ don’t love ourselves more? panel discussion – We’ve gathered some of the most inspiring women from across various industries to deliver an empowering talk about their journeys and to share their advice and tips.
2.30pm – 3.30pm	‘Shake your beauty/booty' Silent Disco – Another chance to dance like no one is watching at Lou’s silent disco. Cheeky cupcakes and cocktails are included too!
5pm – 6pm	The Tunnel of Love – A deep dive into self-love and ways to feel it.
6pm – 7pm	The Happiest Hour Ever! Release your inner happy with Lou, some tunes and cocktails/mocktails.

Throughout both Friday and Saturday, visitors to the centre will be able to also enjoy music from DJs, positive and empowering affirmations and The Selfie Love Station – a beautifully lit area that will enable shoppers to capture the perfect selfie. Lou’s specially curated collection of self-love gifts will be on display highlighting products from retailers across the centre including Selfridges, Kenji and Kick Game.

Beauty brand, Morphe will be on hand during the two days to provide complimentary beauty demos and there will be a chance for attendees to win Bullring & Grand Central gift cards.
