Elevate your New Year’s celebrations with unforgettable dining experiences at Tattu Birmingham. Offering contemporary Chinese cuisine, Tattu takes diners on an experiential journey from East to West. This New Year, Tattu has revealed it will be picking up the tempo with the help of their favourite deep house resident DJs to welcome in 2023 in style. 

Inspired by China’s Great Snow and the ancient proverb ‘a fall of snow gives promise to a fruitful year’, Tattu has transformed restaurants into spaces ideal for raising a toast to the year ahead. Glistening layers of snow coat surfaces, while Tattu’s iconic cherry blossom trees have turned an icy blue. Throughout the restaurants, artistic light projections dazzle diners with unique displays of the Northern Lights. Flickering across Tattu’s iconic deep dark interiors, this cool interior look is a chic nod to both Tattu’s Chinese influence and the much-anticipated party season. 

On New Year’s Eve, diners are welcome to kick off celebrations from lunch. From 12pm-4pm, Tattu will be offering a three-course special New Year’s Eve lunch menu (£75 pp). Arriving in timely waves, diners can indulge in decadent dishes such as Caramel soy aged beef fillet, Thai style crispy monkfish and a White chocolate dragon egg dessert. 

Heading into the evening, Tattu’s New Year’s Eve dinner menu (£135 pp) is an elegant selection of dishes designed to be shared amongst friends and family. The extravagant three-wave menu includes showstopping dishes such as Tattu’s seven spiced seared tuna, Shanghai black cod and Tattu’s famous Cherry Blossom dessert all paired with half a bottle of NV La Cuvée Brut, Laurent-Perrier per person. 

Throughout the day, and into the night, Tattu’s resident DJs will be seeing in 2023 with the finest deep house. 

Special for New Year’s Day, Tattu will be hosting a one-off bottomless brunch party. Welcoming hedonists from 12pm, resident DJs will be kicking off 2023. Tattu’s exclusive New Year’s brunch menu offers special sharing dishes including glazed beef gyoza, sticky beef bao buns and black pepper honey ribs paired perfectly with free-flowing special cocktails and Laurent-Perrier Champagne. Cocktails include the vibrant Tiger’s Foresight mixed with tequila, orange liqueur and salted grapefruit, Rosita’s Thorn with Aperol, juicy berries, and bubbles plus a rich Korean BBQ Bloody Mary. Vibrant non-alcoholic cocktails are also available such as the Bloodfree Mary and The Good Life – Everleaf mountain, grapefruit, and lime. 

Food starts at £55 per person with upgraded add-ons available. Free-flowing cocktails are £35 per person or, upgrade to Laurent-Perrier Champagne for £52.50. 

Tattu restaurants are open 12pm – 4pm for lunch on New Year’s Eve and from 5pm for dinner service. Tattu’s New Year’s Day Brunch party is available 12pm – 4pm. Normal evening service will resume at 5pm.
