Hello weekend - Bottomless brunch launches at Brightsmith On The Water

Brightsmith On The Water (www.brightsmithonthewater.co.uk), a glamourous bar and restaurant located within Hilton Birmingham Metropole, will officially launch its bottomless brunch on Saturday 5^th November, ready to welcome guests to kick start their weekend in style.  

Available every Saturday between 12pm and 3pm, Brightsmith will open its doors to welcome the party for bottomless brunch. Priced at £45 for two courses or £50 for three courses, expect indulgent brunch dishes alongside bottomless bottled beers, prosecco and soft drinks, and a choice of brunch cocktails and mocktails. A live DJ rounds off this event to be a weekend fixture that cannot be missed. 

Settle into the afternoon sipping on cocktails such as the fruity and floral Strawberry Gin Cooler – gin churned with strawberry petals and liqueur, topped with lemonade and served over long ice; Cherry Lollipop – Disaronno and Midori melon liqueur mixed over crushed ice and topped with cranberry and fresh lime juice, garnished with dehydrated lime wheels and a lollipop. Dedicated drivers are not forgotten with creative mocktails such as the aromatic Indigo Crush – alcohol free Tanqueray, Lyres Italian orange, apple and pineapple juice, Blue Curacao and elderflower syrup. 

Welcome the weekend with mates, dates, and groups of guys and gals and tuck into two or three courses of scrumptious crowd-pleasing brunch dishes. Expect starters of classic spiced smashed avocado medley with a choice of poached egg or grilled Heirloom tomatoes; a vegan oats upma with sambar made from oats, onion, chilli, diced vegetables, Indian spices and sambar sauce; or fried calamari with wasabi mayonnaise. Mains offer up brunch favourites such as eggs benedict, two free range poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, and stacked buttermilk pancakes; or opt for a healthy superfood salad, or trio of sliders & fries. End on a sweet note with a salted caramel cheesecake, vegan brownie or for those that can’t choose a board of sweet treats.          

Guests won’t only be drawn to Brightsmith for the incredible cocktails and brunch dishes, but the destination bar and restaurant will offer range of beats, creating a vibe for whatever your mood and whatever the weather.
